Video: Stabbing Headache and Ptosis After Treatment

A 54-year-old, right-handed man presented with a 2-week history of a stabbing headache, located at the right frontal and temporal regions. The patient was ultimately diagnosed with Tolosa-Hunt syndrome. This video shows the patient after 7 weeks of treatment with prednisone, when the patient was asymptomatic, with a normal examination.
