Reader Remark Guidelines

When you submit a remark, please consider the following:

Remarks that contribute to the topic will be posted, generally within 24 hours. However, remarks are published solely at our discretion. We reserve the right to edit remarks before and after publication.

When authoring a remark please keep in mind:

• Your name will be published with your remark.
• If you choose to provide a location, that information will also be published with your remark.
• The question about competing interests is a required field. Please either check the box indicating no competing interests or provide the relevant information.
• We ask that you keep your remarks to a reasonable length.
