I am not able to view multimedia files, what should I do?
To view multimedia files in Journal Watch Online, you will need to install the appropriate application for the specific file type you wish to view. Your browser must also be configured to recognize the file type and open the file with the appropriate software. Netscape and Microsoft Internet Explorer come already configured to recognize the types of multimedia files used by Journal Watch Online.
