Editorial Advisory Board

The Editors-in-Chief on the Editorial Advisory Board are nominated by the Publisher, in cooperation with the Editorial Director and Vice-President of Publishing, and approved by the MMS Committee on Publications. The Editor-in-Chief representatives to the Editorial Advisory Board serve 3-year terms, after which they may be reappointed for an additional term.

Editors-in-Chief

Editors-in-Chief of Journal Watch editorial sections are recruited through open searches, vetted by ad hoc search committees, and appointed by the Massachusetts Medical Society Committee on Publications. Editors-in-Chief serve renewable 4-year terms.

Board Members

Board members for each editorial section are appointed by the Editor-in-Chief of that section. Associate Editors serve renewable 3-year terms.
