CDC: Nearly 1 in 2 Black Men Who Have Sex with Men Will Be Diagnosed with HIV

Roughly 43% of U.S. black men who have sex with men (MSM) will be diagnosed with HIV in their lifetimes, according to CDC data presented at the Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections on Tuesday.

In comparison, 22% of Hispanic MSM and 10% of white MSM will be diagnosed with HIV.
