The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists has published new recommendations on identifying and treating gynecologic issues in young cancer patients and survivors.
The committee opinion highlights some of the treatments that increase the risk for ovarian dysfunction. A referral to a reproductive endocrinologist is recommended.
