Two Compounding Pharmacies Recall Products Whose Sterility They Can't Guarantee

Two compounding pharmacies, Medaus, of Birmingham, Ala., and University Compounding, of San Diego, have issued nationwide recalls of several lots of injectable products because their sterility cannot be confirmed.

The products include testosterone, Lipo injection with lidocaine, prostaglandin E1, and pyridoxine; they were distributed starting in March. The links below will bring you to complete lists, including lot numbers.
